This page explains how Z-Route.wiki handles information when you visit or use the site. The wiki covers the mobile game Z Route Redemption and is run by the site operators. Contact us at [email protected] if you have questions.

Information we collect

When you visit the site we automatically receive basic technical details from your browser and device. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring website, pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. Most of this is logged by the server so the site can function and so we can diagnose problems.

If you create an account we store the username, email address, and password hash you provide. We also keep any profile information you choose to add and a record of pages you edit or comments you leave. If you contact us by email we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.

We do not ask for or store payment details, precise location data, or government ID numbers. The site does not require an account to read most pages.

How we use the information

We use the data above to:

  • Operate and improve the wiki
  • Keep the site secure and stop abuse or spam
  • Respond to questions and support requests
  • Understand roughly which pages are popular so we can focus editing effort
  • Comply with legal obligations if we receive a valid request

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses a small number of cookies. Session cookies keep you logged in if you have an account. Preference cookies remember things like language or theme if the wiki offers those options. We may also use a basic analytics cookie or similar tool to count visits; these do not track you across other websites and do not build advertising profiles.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features (especially staying logged in) will stop working if you do.

Sharing information

We share information only in limited cases:

  • With service providers who host the site, handle email, or provide analytics, under agreements that limit how they can use the data
  • If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public
  • In aggregated or anonymized form that does not identify individuals

User-generated content such as edits and comments is publicly visible by design, the same as on most wikis. Do not post personal information you do not want others to see.

Data retention

Server logs are typically kept for a limited period (often 30 to 90 days) and then deleted or anonymized. Account information stays while the account is active. If you request deletion of an account we remove the associated personal data, though some content you posted may remain if it has been edited by others or is needed for the integrity of the wiki. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed for the conversation and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update most account information while logged in. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and technical limits. To make a request email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

If you are in a region with specific privacy laws (for example GDPR or similar rules) you may have additional rights such as the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will handle reasonable requests promptly.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on the server. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

Pages on the wiki may contain links to external websites, including official game sites, app stores, or other resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Check their policies if you visit them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. Significant changes will be noted on the wiki if practical.
